We had a great Memorial Day weekend with no real plans but of course we ended up staying busy and spending tons of time outdoors! We kicked off our weekend Friday by buying all our gardening supplies and going home and planting all our flowers, herbs, veggies and fruit!!

Saturday morning the whole family went to watch Kyler play baseball in a tournament. After his game we all headed to a park nearby and had a big family picnic. The kids had a blast playing together but someone got a little worn out on the way home.... :)

Sunday we hung out at home and the boys played on the slip and slide and in the pool in our backyard all day and night. Then on Monday we spent another morning running through water and trying to stay cool! We had Carson over while Melissa and Brad spent time in the hospital with poor Austin trying to figure out what was wrong with him. The boys had a blast playing all day and Craig kicked our day off right with a virgin pina colada for me, real for him :)

Monday afternoon we headed to a BBQ at Matt & Jen's house. They live close to a school so I took the boys to the school for awhile to play outside so we wouldn't completely destroy their house :)

Memorial Day has officially kicked off summer here and we are loving the warm weather, longer days and hours and hours of outdoor fun!!
