Frisbee's Colorado Visit!!

Labor Day weekend Christine, Jim & Ben came to visit for 5 days - woo hoo!!  We were so excited to have them here and spend time together!  Of course Chase & Ben have a Love/Fight relationship but it is still so fun to watch them play together.  They will fight but then if they don't see the other one in their sight, they ask where they are - lol!  Just like brothers!

We had an action packed weekend starting with taking them on our Breckenridge tour for a day!  We wanted to take them to one of our favorite spots and tried to fit all of our favorite activites in all in one day.  We had a great time and the boys loved being in the mountains!

Poor Brady is too little for most of the activities up here but he saw some horses from far away and wanted to go see them.  Christine & I took him as the boys were doing the Alpine slide.  Brady was so excited to see the horses and the girl working it was SO nice and let him ride one for free!!  The funniest part is he wanted to ride the black and white one because he thought it was a cow :)  His face was priceless when we put him on the horse!

After the gondola and fun area we headed back down to take them on our favorite nature walk :)

After our hike we headed to the Grand Timber Lodge to get
pizza for lunch, play shuffleboard, swim and hang out in the hot tub!

It started raining while we were swimming and was such a cool experience!

Once home we relaxed at home, played in the backyard and made a

Saturday we got a babysitter and the 4 adults headed off to the CSU vs CU tailgate and football game with a bunch of friends!  It was a blast and I will cover it in a separate post!

Sunday we hung out at home playing in the pool out back and enjoying a hot day!

That night Christine and Jim went out to dinner downtown so we had our own little date night with all 3 boys.  We rode our bikes, picked up a pizza and rode to a park.  We all ate and played at the park for awhile and then rode back home as it started to rain!  Once we got home we took baths and made some yummy chocolate chip cookies!  Of course eating the cookie dough was the highlight :)

Monday we headed over to The Bay for some waterpark fun!

That night Jim made all of a delicious dinner of shrimp fettuccini!!  Yum Yum!

Tuesday we headed to Boulder for hiking, sight seeing, a walk down
Pearl Street and Christine & Jim also got a chance to buy some souvenirs. 

We headed home and it was time to take them to the airport :( 
What a great weekend with some of our favorite people!!!
