Chase had another AMAZING season of coach pitch baseball with Daddy as his coach!
This year we had about 8 kids who returned from last year and are good friends of ours and we got very lucky and the new kids added were so awesome with great families!
Green Lightning completely dominated this year and it was so fun to watch them grow and improve over the season and the boys loved spending so much time out on the field.
We had our usual rainy spring weather that caused quite a few games to be cancelled but we made them up and got 19 games in! Brady and Hadley were great supporters and would cheer for Chase and then run off and play (thank goodness for the giant playground right next to all the fields.) The little ones were a little more independent this year and I actually got to watch a lot of the games, yay!
Chase continues to improve tremendously and what amazes me the most is just how well he knows the game. He always knows exactly where to throw and is just a smart player. He watches a ton of MLB so I think it is paying off :) Anyone who watched him this season had that same feedback, "wow he is a smart player, he just gets the game."
