While Daddy played golf with some friends one Saturday this summer, the 4 of us headed down for an aquarium adventure day! The kids LOVE the aquarium (Brady in particular) and we bought annual passes a few months ago to go as much as we want. This is one place that it truly is easy for me to be alone with all 3... they stay together, help each other and they restore my hope that sometimes they actually get along with each other, lol!
Waiting patiently for the mermaid show! I couldn't believe how long they sat here...who's kids are these? The mermaid show is one of our favorites, we always try to catch it when we visit. They have 3 girls that swim around and tell a story about cleaning the ocean and they dance to Little Mermaid songs, it is adorable!
Chase climbing a coconut tree. This cracked me up because we have been to the aquarium at least 10 times and I have never even noticed this was here! With our annual passes, every visit the kids each get 2 free activities. They always do face painting as one and then it listed the choices of the others....I saw tree climb and was so confused. It was in plain sight and we walk by it every time, I guess it isn't used very often. Chase had a blast though and rocked it all the way to the top and rang the bell! Brady was too short but he was a good cheerleader...
They don't all get along and act like angels very often but when they do....it erases at least a couple months of memories of tantrums and bad attitudes :)
This picture was all their idea....(melt)
We ended the trip with a train ride outside and then the boys went into the 4D theatre by themselves and Hads and I waited outside while they watched a quick 10 minute show (also included in our passes!)
Such a fun aquarium date with my littles!
