Halloween Class Parties

We had Brady's Goddard party on the 30th from 4-5pm.  I was so happy that they changed it to the day before Halloween because Halloween is so hectic, so it was nice to not be in a rush to get home to go trick-or-treating.  Goddard did a fabulous job putting on a fun Halloween festival for all the kids and they even invited all the "graduates" (aka Chase) to come back and join them!  The only bummer was that it was freezing out but the kids didn't seem to mind :)

Chase and Madison - both graduates :)
We have known Madison since we moved here and have become friends with their family over the years.  She calls him "Chasey" and she tries to hold his hand everytime she is around him - it is too cute!

Brady with Madison's little brother, Zachary.
They are little buddies so we have even more in common with their family :)

Sort of a class picture :)

Walking the red carpet in their costumes- lol!

Bubble time!

Jump castles in the parking lot...  It was cold!

But, he didn't seem to mind :)

Pulling spiders out of sticky goo

They were supposed to be throwing beanbags through the shapes but Brady and Zack were roaring at eachother instead - lol!  They were dying laughing...

We ended Brady's party by grabbing some ice cream from the ice cream truck on our way out - nothing like ice cream on a 30 degree night :)  Who am I kidding...ice cream is ALWAYS good!

On Halloween day Chase had his Kindergarten class party!  It was from 2:45 until the end of school at 3:30...so it was quick!  It was fun to experience our very first party of elementary school.  All of the parents brought in treats and the kids pigged out on candy, cookies and fruit while the parents mingled with eachother.  I was able to meet a few other Mom's in the class so that was pretty cool for me :)

Chase was super excited that Hadley joined the party!  He was sad Brady didn't come but Mama didn't feel like chasing Brady all over the school....

I was dying over this picture!  Becoming such good buddies with a bunch of his classmates!

Chase with his teacher, Mrs. Peiker.  We love her!!

Both schools did such a great job of celebrating Halloween and this is just the beginning of the holiday season kickoff!  Before we know it we will be having Thanksgiving and Christmas parties at both schools too, whew!
