Weekend Snapshot

We had a fun and VERY busy weekend! I didn't take too many pictures but managed to grab a few. We spent Friday night at an impromptu BBQ party at our neighbors. They grilled, we drank, the kids played in the water and on their 4 wheelers and we ended the night with fireworks in the street. I LOVE our neighborhood and all the amazing friends we have made here so far!

Saturday we had an 8am soccer game. Chase is still shy but he did much better than last week! This week he practiced before the game and he went on the field a couple times during the game but he still wouldn't go after the ball. One step at a time :)



Later that day we went to another neighbors house for a BBQ/play date. There were 3 families and we have 6 kids between the 3 of us and our kids have so much fun together (and we have a ton of fun too :)) We all met at Goddard and have become good friends. The kids did slip & slide, played in the pool and made up silly games together while the adults shared some laughs and good food together. After dinner the kids had popsicles and we all looked over and they were sitting all together eating them in the backyard - too cute!



Sunday we had a birthday party and Craig & Chase went to hit more golf balls at the driving range. It was a fun jam packed summer weekend!
