Towards the end of the summer we gave Daddy a few chances to go play golf so the kids and I headed out for a Mommy/Kiddo Zoo day and then a few weeks later on a Mommy/Kiddo Aquarium day! All 3 of them were so good each day and we had so much fun together :)
I only got one picture at the aquarium, they requested that I take their picture, lol! Their favorite thing at the aquarium is the flash flood area. This trip we actually happened to walk through right when the "mermaids" were performing! We have never seen them before so that was pretty awesome!
We picked the best day to go to the zoo because the Children's Hospital was putting on a big health awareness day. Each kid received a free teddy bear on the way into the zoo. They got a birth certificate for their bear and then there were 6 stations all throughout the zoo that you stopped at to get your teddy checked at. Examples were a dentist, a doctor, a food nutritionist, etc. The boys loved this and it added some fun and excitement to our day :)
