Saturday morning we went and delivered the presents to the hospital. Chase wanted to see the actual kids so bad but obviously they don't let you do that for health reasons so we just had to leave them with their volunteer office. I think it was such a great experience for him to see that it is important to help other people during Christmas and remind him that not everyone is as lucky as we are to have our health. It certainly hit me as we walked in of how blessed I am that we don't have to spend Christmas in this hospital and my heart goes out to all the families that had to. We saw a hospital dog in the lobby the boys were pretty excited about :)
After the hospital we headed to the mall by us to get hot chocolate and ride the Christmas train!
