Christmas 2012

This Christmas we stayed home and, as much as we missed everyone in CA, it was nice to have the kids wake up in their own beds and find out what Santa had left them!! Chase woke up a little earlier than Brady so he came into our room and relaxed for about 30 minutes before we woke Brady up. We thought Chase had come straight to our room but then found out he had already been downstairs and checked everything out before coming to our room...lol :)

Horrible picture but the only one I have from our tree set up before we went to bed Christmas Eve...

It snowed on Christmas Eve so we got our wish of waking up to a WHITE CHRISTMAS!!!!!

Presents from Santa!

Helping Daddy..what could it be??

A new phone!!!!! Welcome to 2012 baby :)

Teamwork

Thanks Grandma & Papa T!

A little break to play with the kitchen :)

And then back to more presents...

Once the boys thought we were done with presents, Craig & I pointed out a piece of red crepe paper taped to the ground and asked them what it was?? Our boys were obsessed with watching Arthur Christmas during the holidays and in the movie Santa leads one of the kids to their gift by a red ribbon. We stole this idea and it was so fun to watch Chase & Brady follow the red crepe paper!!!

Down to the basement...what is it leading to???

Their very own JUMP CASTLE!!!
Brady wasn't too sure at first but then jumped on in with Chase and they have both loved it ever since!

We had such a great Christmas morning with the boys and we are all so very blessed to be able to give eachother so many great gifts. After we opened presents we had Craig's parents, Ty, Brad, Melissa and their boys over for brunch. Then we just hung out with everyone at our house for the rest of the day playing cards, opening new toys and watching A Christmas Story!

That night we headed to Brad and Melissa's for a delicious Christmas dinner. We were all exhausted early so we headed home and played with toys a bit more before calling it a night.

It was a wonderful Christmas and made all the time, energy and stress worth it to see the happiness on my little guy's faces all day long :)
