Chase had his last soccer game last Saturday and after the game all the players got medals from their coach, Mark! Chase did an awesome job in his last game and I am soo proud of how far he came this season. He started out so shy and not wanting to play and ended the last game with us making him get off the field because there were too many players. Don't get me wrong - he was definitely not the super star and still avoided the "pack" and the ball in general, but he got out there and had fun and for THAT, I am proud :)
Chase spent the rest of the weekend asking where "the medal coach Mark gave him" was and he wore it proudly to our friends house and I think to bed one night... although I made him put it on the dresser because I had a crazy "Mom panic" of him choking on it - lol...he loves it though!
