We headed up Friday a little early from work and made it to the resort about 5pm. We checked in and changed right into our swimsuits and headed to the pool. The weather felt amazing and we had a great time swimming, lounging in the hot tub, ordering fruity cocktails and playing on the playground next to the pool.

After swimming we went back to our room, got cleaned up and hopped on the shuttle to go down to main street in Breck. We had a yummy dinner at the Breckenridge Brewery (Brady slept the whole time!) and then we walked around the town and ended the night with some delish ice cream!

I tried to take some photos of the boys in front of a gorgeous river but the lighting at this time of the day was killing me. If I used the flask, it made the whole background dark and without the flash the whole picture was dark - this is why I need a better camera. It's on my wish list from Craig for my bday in a few weeks :)

Our home away from home for the weekend. It was perfect but when we go next year we will definitely get 2 bedrooms so the boys don't wake each other up all night :)

Saturday morning we got ready and headed over to take the gondola up to the Fun Zone area where you can ride the alpine slide, ride a roller coaster, jump in a bounce house, mine for gems, and all kinds of other fun kid's activities. We stuck to the alpine slide and we each went once with Chase - he loved it!!

After we came back down the mountain, we were waiting for our hotel shuttle and I just thought the mountains looked AMAZING!!! I love the way this picture turned out!
A nice lady offered to take all of our picture...unfortunately she didn't quite capture the full effect of the mountains - oh well!
After our fun morning we went back to our place for some lunch and naps. After naps Chase immediately put on his swimsuit and we headed back to the pool. We had a great afternoon/early evening swimming, relaxing in the hot tub, listening to a band by the pool and ordering pizza out by the pool for dinner. We headed back to our room for baths and to relax before bed. I had to get some cute photos of my little guys taking a bath together :)
Sunday morning we woke up and got ready to go on a family hike. We had gone on a great hike last year with Craig's family so we found the same path and had a great morning walk!

After our hike we went and packed up our stuff and got changed into our swimsuits for one more round at the pool! After a few more hours of swimming we hit the road and headed home.
What an absolutely perfect trip - can't wait till next year!!
