I can't believe Chase is already done with his first year of school!

Chase's last day of school was on May 21st (his birthday) and all of the
Kindergarteners gathered to put on a special performance! The gym was packed but we got there early and had front row seats :) Brady and Hadley were in attendance and loved watching their big brother up on stage!
Pledge of Allegiance
Singing a few songs
Chase's speaking part!
He thanked all of the parent volunteers who came in and helped in the classrooms throughout the year! Then he introduced the next five kids by name so they could read a poem about parent volunteers.
After the poem, all the kids of parents who had volunteered walked into the audience and gave their parents this cute cute gift (it was rolled up and tied with ribbon)! The last few months of school I volunteered for an hour every Wed and it was so awesome to get to know all the kids in his class and be able to help out! I started crying a little when Chase came and gave me mine ;)
More songs...
Forming a circle around the gym to sing one last song!
So proud of how much Chase learned this year and how well he is reading, writing and just completely turned into an older kid!
Brady messing with the boys :)
Cousins - they had fun being in Kindergarten together!
Chase and his amazing Kinder teacher - we absolutely loved her and she is sooo great withe the kids! She definitely spoiled us and I hope we have just as amazing as a teacher next year!
Our Kinder Grad!
The school day was over after the performance so I spent the rest of the day with the 3 kiddos at home. We had an exciting afternoon of rain, crazy thunder and running to the basement for tornado warnings - exciting! Lol. That night we got to celebrate Chase's 6th birthday - it was a big day!
