Our little man turned 3 and that meant 3 parties and 3 cakes to go along with it!
Somehow birthdays have turned into celebrations that last for weeks in our house! But it is always such a fun time and the kids love it and come on, when you have to deal with your birthday being on December 30th you should get a little extra attention :)
Celebration #1
On Brady's "actual" birthday he went to Grandma & Papa's house and they made cupcakes together and had fun playing games during the day. For dinner Brady wanted to go out and get "mac and cheese", lol, so we headed to Rock Bottom and had a family dinner. Craig and I were hesitant because eating out is NOT something we do with the kids...it is always a nightmare and we always say never again! But we went for it and we were pleasantly surprised. It was definitely our best restaurant dinner to date!
We came back home for presents and cake #1 - our go to is a small ice cream cake from our grocery store. We discovered it a few years ago and it is delicious and the perfect size!
Chase made Brady a birthday hat at school - sooo stinking cute!
Celebration #2
Celebrating with our family on New Year's Day!
Celebrating with our family on New Year's Day!
Brady wanted a blue cake (his favorite color that he is OBSESSED with)! We played games and watched football and had a great time celebrating Brady and the start to the new year!
Playing some games with all the kids...
These cousins love spending time together! It still amazes me how quickly they are all growing up!
Celebration #3
Bubble Guppies party at a jump castle venue!
We had 18 kids and it was a wild and fun party! Brady loves Bubble Guppies and my good friend and neighbor, Michelle, delivered big time on an AMAZING cake!!! She is so talented :) Brady had a blast with his friends and we ended the day by coming home and opening gifts and playing with them all.
Brady wasn't very excited about taking a group photo (shocking).... he was having too much fun playing! Craig finally grabbed him and jumped in the photo - haa! Poor Brooklyn sprained her ankle coming off one of the jump castles and looks so miserable in this photo - poor thing!!
Happy loong Birthday Brady - can't wait to see what 3 brings you and us!
Hopefully we can survive the 3's....toddlers are no joke!!
