We spent 5 days in CA and it went by way too fast. We definitely had an amazing trip and celebrated a magical Christmas. Our trip included a train ride to the North Pole, some last minute shopping, our annual girls high school brunch (with a few missing), playing at the park, swimming, making gingerbread trains and just enjoying our time together!
Enjoy our California Christmas celebration :)

Chase loving on Uncle Jim that night before bed
The next morning was Christmas Eve and we started the day by heading to Kari's house for our annual girls brunch get together. Every year we try and get my 5 girlfriends from high school all together with our families for brunch. Since we are all over the country we don't ever seem to all be able to make it anymore but we try our best :) This year it was Tiff, Kari and myself that made it and we had a ton of fun catching up and spending a few hours together. We missed Chandra and Jess but hopefully we will get to see eachother all again soon!
Chase & Reese had a ball playing in her kitchen together cooking us up some yummy foods. I cannot believe we are old enough to have kids that play together now - crazy and so amazing at the same time!
After brunch we headed home to hang out in the hottub, play outside and then build some gingerbread trains before a yummy Christmas Eve dinner!

Yup - pretty much sums up what we do together...lol

Delicious Christmas Eve dinner made by Christine & Jim... OK let's be honest...Jim cooked it :)
That night the 3 boys changed into the cutest matching jammies that Grandma bought for them - I was in LOVE :)
Then for some reason all the boys decided to tackle and wrestle me - lol - it was hilarious :)

Something about those last few moments before going to bed on Christmas eve is just pure magic...
We woke Christmas morning to find that Santa had come!!

We got some mimosas and coffee (bottle for Brady) and got started opening presents!

Chase was SOOO EXCITED he got the blower he'd been asking for from Santa!!

I got an IPAD!!! Totally surprised by Craig :) Love it!!

Ben's new 4-wheeler!

After opening all our gifts we spent the rest of the day playing with the boys toys, playing some Wii Mariocart, relaxing in the hottub and then eating a delicious Christmas dinner! It was a perfect and relaxing Christmas day.

Our little gardeners loving their new tools :)
And loving their Papa :)
Meanwhile..still pretty excited about my ipad - lol :)

Classic - Brady as Santa, Chase in a wig and Ben clutching his new Buzz Lightyear toy :)

The next day we spent a few hours playing at a big park near our house. The boys loved the swings, slides, riding the 4 wheeler and just running around being wild toddlers :) The weather was amazing and we were definitely taking full advantage of the warm sunshine.

After the park we played a little blongo ball and soaked in a little more CA sunshine (Craig and I were champs thank you very much!)

That evening we managed to even squeeze in an early birthday celebration for Brady before the Frisbee clan had to head back to San Diego...
Chase snuggling with Papa and messing around during our last night...
The boys did awesome on the flight home and we had an amazing Christmas but we sure do miss everyone already!
