Texas Family Reunion!

We just got back from a Hoelting family reunion in Nazareth, Texas! They have a reunion every 4 years but this one was extra special because it was celebrating 100 years of living in Texas. We love going out there to see Craig's family and to spend some time in the quiet country. It is a town of 356, most of which are part of Craig's family - it is so fun and a nice break from crowded LA! We had a busy weekend of visiting, meals, dancing and lots of laughs and good times. Unfortunately, the sickness I was feeling before we left stayed with me through the weekend but I tried to forget about it and enjoy the trip. Chase had a great time on his first trip to Texas and loved meeting more family. He was such a good boy and put up with us dragging him all over the place in the HOT HOT weather:) Once again, he did great on the plane both ways! Here are some photos from our time there...

Take a look at the numbers of the Hoelting family - 117 more family members since 4 years ago!

And the family tree..

How fun! It would be so cool to have maternity leave during the summer. I'll have to shoot for that next time I always get the winter... Looks like you had a great time! I'm glad Chase is sleeping so well.
