Santa!

The city where Craig's parents live have a raffle with their local fire department. If you win then you get a visit at your house from Santa and he arrives on a firetruck and comes inside to let the kids sit on his lap and he gives them a treat!!! Craig's parents entered and won a few weeks ago so we were all SOOO excited for the night when we would surprise all the kids!

So last Friday night was the night and it worked perfect because we were all getting together to celebrate Craig's Dad's birthday anyway.. the perfect disguise :)

We started the night just hanging out and celebrating Marvin's birthday...







Then all of a sudden the doorbell rang and who was there?!?! SANTA!!! All the kids guessed that it was Uncle Ty (which was pretty dang cute) but once they laid their eyes on Santa they were in heaven!




Each kid had a turn to sit on Santa's lap and tell him what they each wanted for Christmas. Chase still says a DS, blower and an edger everytime! Then Santa gave the kids a little bouquet of suckers and an ornament - they LOVED it!!





Once all the kids had a turn Santa went outside, hopped back on the fire truck and we all stood outside and watched him drive away with a few beeps from the sirens :) What a magical night!
