Ben's Baptism

Last Sunday our nephew, Ben, was baptised down in San Diego! There was lots of family in town to help celebrate: Mom & Dad, Jim's parents, Jim's sister and family and Craig, Chase & I. We all went to mass and then were part of a beautiful baptism ceremony. Of course it was even more special for us since we are his Godparents!!

Ben did amazing throughout the ceremony and after getting a little ancy he ended up sleeping through the end of it and all our pictures :) He looked so sweet in his cute clothes for the day. He wore one of the gorgeous christening gowns my Mom had made for us out of her wedding dress and then after he put on a sweet outfit sent to him by his Great Grandmother (Jim's Grandmother.)

After the ceremony we headed to brunch in La Jolla to celebrate Ben and also Father's Day. We enjoyed some yummy food in a beautiful location with an ocean view. We walked around La Jolla afterwards to see the seals and enjoy some sunshine.
