Remembering some fond December moments...
Chase brought this home from school and I was dying, guess Hawaii was good for his soul
Hadley all bundled up a week after coming home from Maui...no more swimsuits for awhile
Hads enjoying our Christmas geotrax train
The boys decided they wanted to sleep together a couple nights in a row
Lots of Christmas baking...special deliveries to neighbors, teachers and after school program directors
Hadley apologizing and giving a kiss to an elf on our ladder one morning before school after she was playing a little too rough with him ;)
Craig and I ready for a night of adult fun at our neighbors Ugly Sweater white elephant party - it was a blast!
Chase's classroom Polar Express party on his last day before break
Some fun with our elf....I didn't get pictures of any others but we had some fun with him this year. He built a snowman out of 3 rolls of toilet paper, went fishing and brought the kids some small gifts along the way!
Lunch and some last Christmas shopping on one of his days of Christmas break...love one on one time with my kiddos!
He was posing like a manikan!
Craig and I's wrapping party! We waited until the kids went to bed, grabbed some egg nog, popped in Christmas Vacation and had a blast wrapping all the kids gifts together in our room
I surprised Craig on Dec 23rd and hired a babysitter and got reservations for dinner downtown! We headed out for a night to enjoy the Christmas season together. We used to have a tradition, pre kids, of always going out for one nice night at Christmas. In San Diego, we always did the Hotel Del, then when Chase was a baby we made it out to the Montage but the last few years it has gotten harder and harder to make it happen. It was so fun to get a chance to head downtown and enjoy the magic of the season. We had drinks at the new Union Station and then headed to Larimer Square for dinner. Glad we made it happen and love our babysitter for giving us a night so close to the holidays!
Chase & I took Brady to see his first movie in the theater! We saw Penguins of Madagascar and he did great!
